Entry gate needs new hinge and further repair. Also need to install new Mailbox old one broke. Finally hoping to replace front and backdoor locks so can use the same key on both.

12 years experience in fixing stopping and finishing Gib and coving. I also do tiling and have my waterproofing certificate for wet areas.
