Cladding Maintenance

Due to a recent property inspection, we are looking at engaging a licensed builder to inspect, advise and quote on repairing cladding on the exterior of the building. Specifically, in some areas the fibre cement sheet cladding which has a textured coating there is no flashing at the junctions. Deterioration was detected to the timber sealing these joints, which be allowing water ingress into the building. We are looking for advice and cost of how-to defective timbers.
