Fix Ups and Repairs. Windows and doors

Need a couple of repairs done on my rental property. 1. Back room window doesn't close 2. Back room french doors are sticking 3. Front door locks not working and not sitting in frame properly 4. Door handle into garage needs replacing 5. Move clothesline 6. Create new step into front bedroom. I will need to provide measurements. Need work to be completed as soon as possible.
