Large branch fallen on roof

I would like someone to take the large branch off my roof (its a big one - 4-5m approx, but skinny) and double check that the tree hasnt caused by significant damage to the roof. On second storey. Need long ladder to get to Juliette type balcony, then from there the roof. Can saw up and take for fire wood if you want.
