Laundry Line & Towel Rail

1. Our laundry line outside - One of the screws has come off. We believe we have to rehung it. 2. Also our heated towel rail in the bathroom - One of the screws has come off. I believe this needs plastering to fill the hole before screwing again. Welcome professional's advice as to other options.
