Maintenance Property - Sunnyvale

I have lots of maintenance issued with my rental property in Sunnyvale. The issues need to be fixed are: 1. Replacing security light with new one. 2. One of the bathroom heat lamp not on even with new lamp. 3. Remove parts of fraying carpet near sliding door and replace with tile along the sliding door. 4. A small part of gib board near the bottom corner of the shower screen both sides looks mouldy it might just need to clean up or scratch out the moldy, put a putty and repaint or it need to be patched up with new gib and paint. 5. Part of gib board on top of kitchen sink looks mouldy just need to clean up to remove the mould and tiling after that. 6. Close to the bottom of gutter pipe there was looks like coupler and that is broken. Just need to replace with pvc junction pipe hence if the pipe blocked just open it and clean it. 7. Repainting entrance pergola. 8. Replace door handle with door handle as picture. (of course a better quality handle) Attached photos of the jobs. Please inform what you can and can't do, when is the earliest you can do the job and the estimated cost. From there I will contact you again to meet up at the location for a final quotation. Thank you
