1. Joinery – External & Internal: Unsealed mitre-joins of frames which need to be fixed. 2. Roof: roof fasteners, need to install new screw fasteners and hammer the old ones with silicon around it 3. Bathroom: cracks in grout filling, silicon caulking around edges, intersections & corners, crude finishes need to be rectified, inadequately sealed around corners & edges which need to be re-sealed. 4. Garage: Roof – there are some uplifted fasteners on the roof.
