Small odd jobs - skirting, gib holes, fix window latches etc

I need a number of small odd jobs done around the house including fixing up some skirting boards that have come away from the wall following flooring work, clean up of skirting where tiling adhesive has been left, gib on walls and corners to fix up small holes and cracks that have formed over time, and fixing up clasps and latches of all windows in the house where the pads have worn away or come off completely.
