Draftstop wooden windows

This is for up to 10 wooden casement windows (I know that 6 of them definitely need it). I am looking for a more reliable solution than just draft strip - for example this kind of product --- The property is tenated, it is on the second floor in an Eco-Neighbourhood in Ranui, and I am out of town. So good communication is essential to figure the job details and make it as convenient for my tenant as possible. Ideally this should happen soon.
