Urgent plaster cladding repair

Urgent repair needed for cracks and/or peeling of the external cladding (I believe this is plaster), above clear roofing port. See photos. The owner is happy for the roofing port to be unscrewed temporarily if it helps access to the site. Please assist and send me a quote asap. Thank you. Please note: This property is managed by a body corporate. And the owner has been given 30 days until 16 May 2025 to remedy this issue.
