fix doors and windows urgently

Small gate into property needs post concreted in and new latch. Pedestrian gate to gge needs bolt aligned properly.Front door is sticking and handle is getting loose and it needs to be latched back. Three bedrooms need new door handles. In main bedroom, wardrobe doors to be sliding properly, shelf inside w/r and rail secured.. Two handles on top hung aluminium widow are loose. I take possession of the house late Thursday and tenant is moving in the following Thursday, so job is urgent. There may be some further work identified which will be less urgent, but all smaller type jobs like rotten windowsill in laundry. Am happy to have quote or hourly rate, but getting it done properly and urgently will be top priority.
