Small interior repairs requiring neat finish

Current jobs as follows: * Bathroom towel-rail: re-fix to wall and tidy up with plaster and paint (see photo) * Re-fix curtain rail to wall, and plaster and paint if necessary (see photo) * Fix 2x curtain holdbacks to door architraves * Undercoat and paint skirting (approx 1m) * Re-hang door on cupboard of laundry sink unit, and add catch to keep closed (see photo) * Fixing dummy knobs onto cupboard doors We're looking for someone who will make a very tidy job and who we can have confidence in to contact again.
