Varied handyman tasks

There are a series of small jobs that need to be done this week 1) The Downstairs bathroom door is sticking when opened (pictured) 2) There is a section of the lintel in the downstairs bathroom that needs replacing as the wood is damaged (pictured) 3) The upstairs ensuite fan is not working - this needs repairing or replacing 4) There is a small pedestrian gate in the garden that is broken and needs removing 5) There are two blinds in the downstairs bedrooms that are not working that need repairing 6) Both towel rails in the bathroom and ensuite are loose and need tightening 7) The upstairs ranch slider latch is difficult to open
