Removal and Reinstallation of Rotary Clothesline (including any footing works)

Our existing 10+ year old rotary clothesline has broken. The existing clothesline needs to be removed and disposed of and a new equivalent installed. As per photos the base of existing rotary clothesline is encased in a mass concrete slab. Your recommendation is required on how best to install new clothesline (eg. break out section of slab and re-concrete?) We will order and make available to tradesman the new clothes line. Works to be completed prior to the 19th of December.
