Need a sturdy puppy pen built for indoors

Hi there, We have a little puppy and he is a very active, jumpy little guy, so we are wanting a play pen of sorts to be made for him. Because he is so good at jumping up, it needs to be very sturdy. The ones out there aren't quite as solid as I would like, so looking for someone to build us something. Needs to have a gate to enter through. Photo attached of the space (we have use our table to create a makeshift space for him in there). We would like to put an offcuts of lino or something on the bottom too, so he doesn't wreck the carpet. The width of the space we want it to be in is 2.3m approx. Needs to be 120cm tall approx. Am open to different creative suggestions, can be either putting a gate/fence across the room in that open gap, or a stand alone structure, as long as it is very sturdy. On the left side of the space is a kitchen island, so I'm not sure how you would attach to that. Looking forward to speaking to anyone who can help!
