Internal small jobs

I need a quote for these things please: i) (Exterior cladding around the walk-in wardrobe). The exterior spray textured fibre cement cladding cracks are repaired, and re-painted twice, with at least 2 two (2) coats of a high build exterior paint system, in accordance with the builder’s advice, in a similar (if not the same) colour to what is currently there. (ii) The ceiling is repaired in the garage (so that sagging is not an issue) and then once repaired, the ceiling of the garage is painted in a like for like colour; (iii) The deteriorated timber liners of the garage are replaced/repaired and painted in a like for like colour; (iv) All broken latches are repaired (to enable the home to be secure and watertight); and (v) The kitchen cabinet door is repaired (above the microwave where identified in the report).
