We require this to be repaired, and jib stopped. ideally painted as well but we can look after that if needed. Some wall jib may need replacing as well. Photos added. Had to cut section of gib out of ceiling after a roof leak. I have patched up and painted temporarily. Will have to cut a larger section of gig out, put in some extra nogs, batts and screw new gib back up. Skirting will need to come off.
