External downpipe fix

Hi! I'm looking to get a small repair done on an external downpipe. As you can see in the attached photo, the bottom section of the downpipe is broken and it is no longer directing water into the stormwater drain inlet below. I'd like someone to fix it up. Please let me know of your quote, including any materials, labour etc. Thanks!

Saggy Ceiling needs repair

Hi. Looking for someone who can help us make our ceiling less saggy and to rescrew in the plates around our chimney. I am definitely no expert at all but it appears like the ceiling seems to have come detached in two corners of our lounge.
