Clear the swimming pool fence area/digging job

I need to clear the bottom area of my swimming pool fence. Currently, it has tree roots, leaves and dirts build up which blocked the bottom part of the fence. Also, there are 2 rocks needs to be moved further away from the fence. Two tree stumps needs to be cut down to ground level.
