Replace bulbs and locks in doors

We have a stairwell with ceiling lights that are out of reach, even with a normal ladder. We just need the bulbs replaced - a 5 min job for someone with the right equipment! Also two locks in internal doors have failed. We have the replacements but can't fit them correctly. The wooden double garage door needs stripping and re-sealing. Re-setting two gates
