Need Underfloor insulation and top up to ceiling insulation in a house we have just bought. This is a rental property so need good value. Not certain if better value getting registered person to do it and get the grant, or get someone who can do the job well, won't charge as much, but isn't able to get the grant. You tell me! I just want it done at the best price!
