Hi There I am seeking quote to paint the ceiling in bathroom, fix and paint small area of ceiling in both kitchen and bedroom , install 5 handles in kitchen cabinet and clear the debris on the garden shed roof. The "Kitchen Sink " was leaking and upon inspection from the plumber, it is clear this is not the case and the cause is due to the sink dislocated from the bench top and need to reseal it. The plumber informed "There is no water leak as such, the bowl has fallen away from the formica benchtop, it is undermounted. The 'leak' could be due to water overflow into the cabinet from the sink. The only thing that they could do is put silicone between the bowl & the formica. But this has no guarantees that it will last, it could last a few years or only a few weeks. The kitchen is an old original & requires TLC. There is currently a stick holding up the sink." Kind Regards Cy
