Remove exterior chimney flue and patch roof

We've removed an old logburner and the interior flue but would like the exterior section removed from the roof. We would also need the hole covered up to make watertight. The flue is close to the ridgeline and the existing flashing seals around the flue and up and over the ridgeline. It is a corrugated iron roof on a single storey house.
