Convert garage into home office

I want to convert my garage into a home office. As per the attached photos, I need gib on wall and ceiling. There is another wall where I want to replace existing gib. Ceiling insulation also required. You will notice that for the ceiling some piping , the garage opener and other bits will need to be removed and refitted. The small wall will need the laundry cabinet removed and refitted. Wall new Gib: 14m2 Wall 2 replace Gib: 5m2 Ceiling area: 46m2
