URGENT TOP PAY Renovations Project in Marton (Cosmetic Work) ---$130000

Renovation PROJECT for an experienced Handyman / Builder. A project WORTHWHILE. NEEDING it completed asap, will pay generously for the right handyman, has great workmanship and eye for detail. We have 2 relocatable homes, on a property in Marton needing some cosmetic works. Please see EXACTLY what is required. House 1: 150sqm, in need of cosmetic renovations. Description Cost *Install missing post on the rear verandah and fix downpipes (existing) to it. *Replace cladding on left-hand side and missing cladding on right hand side with new to match existing *1st Bedroom on right: Standing at door, that back wall which backs onto the drive way and is missing the cladding used to be a chimney. *Put in a couple of studs and finishing off with Gib. *Fill and paint new boards to match existing *Build front deck and two new support poles *Additional small deck at the rear the same size as verandah. Also so missing post doesn’t just go straight into the ground. *Remove scrim and replace with GIB. *Plaster new wall linings *Paint new GIB walls *Supply & Install heatpump. Outdoor unit cannot be located on exterior wall between kitchen windows because driveway to narrow and most likely will cause accident. Instead we need to have outdoor unit located on back verandah. *Electric Hot water unit (Note: no gas supply to property) *Remove old chimney walls to create open plan living Island kitchen that would have worked really well. * Also the problem when removing the chimney and the separating wall, all the kitchen cupboards on that wall will have to find a new home – Sean to make a suggestion. *Supply & Install vanity in bathroom *Supply & Install replacement stove *Supply & Install carpet & vinyl: *Rhino carpet *Carpet to Hallway, Lounge 4x Bedrooms, Cupboards & Wardrobes – Colour Galaxy Andromida *Vinyl to Laundry, Bathroom, Kitchen- Colour Soft Elm Grey *Supply & Install curtains (white drapes) from spotlight *Re-key locks to secure entry *Rubbish removal *Replace Left Hand Side external cladding (90% rotten) House 2 160sqm in need of cosmetic renovations Description Cost *To fill, sand, gap, undercoat and spray interior (excludes bathroom, toilet & laundry in new condition). *To prepare and plaster skim coat loose, torn and heavily textured wallpaper in hallway and one bedroom *Carpet supply and installation for bedroom 4 and re- fixing loose carpet in hallway from transit of house: *Carpet to: 1 bedroom in House 2, Re-stretch Hallway Carpet *Supply and install curtains and tracks *Heat pump *Plane internal doors to close correctly *Re-install underfloor insulation removed for transit *Install missing pieces of GIB and skirts/scotia *Repair and fix to wall kitchen cupboards *Move wall at the back bedroom (bedroom 4) for more space *Build 2 new steps at the back door and a landing platform. *Build deck at the front of the property.
