A tidy-up paint to outside of property (water blast and single top coat only)

I've advertised this deliberately under handyman not painter as the key here is to simply have it done easily and cost-effectively. The property is going to be put on the market so simply need it to look fresh with a single coat of paint to tidy things up. As long as we can paint between the lines we're happy! It will need a little prep work (just water blasting plus some filler and sanding only where necessary - not sanding the entire house) and will only need one top-coat of paint on the front and inside the carport and one coat of paint on the back (I will colour-match the paint to match the current paint job plus I will supply all the paint). This is a for a private job so happy to pay in whatever method works best. See picture attached and please let me know if you need any further details. My number is ---
