I’m a Property Manager and have a end of tenancy with a property which requires several general handyman tasks before I re-let it. Looking for someone available to complete the work within the next 2 weeks if possible please. Tasks include: - compartment of a ceiling to be replaced from water damage - doorstops to be installed (where required to prevent wall damage) - smoke alarm to be installed (in downstairs hallway) - bathroom window to be rehinged - laundry interior doorframe - side missing to install - laundry door not latching properly - puttying of holes throughout the house - various other misc jobs that may come up at the property
