Fixing holes in gib wall and hardwood floor, reattaching outside gate

I'm getting our house ready for a final pre-sale inspection. We have a few small jobs both inside and outside that need doing including reattaching a garden gate (no pics available sorry), and gibbing a few holes in the wall and one in the floor. Really need to get the work done before Feb 13 at the latest. Thanks!
