Catio build

I’m looking for a Catio (Cat patio) to be built outside my back window. I will get a cat door in the window so the cat can access it. As per the photo, I was thinking of 2.1 x 1.3 x 1.5m. The fence wire will need to be strong enough to hold a cat and there will need to be a human size door on the front. Second photo is an example of a Catio.
