Occasional Handyman - home maintenance

Handyman wanted every so often to take care of occasional fix ups or routine maintenance tasks in a tenanted property. Ideally, I’ll email you and you pop around to take care of it. Might be anything like sticking door/window, replacing broken hardware, paint touch ups, curtain hanging, silicone work, etc. Sound like you?
