General Maintenance!

We’ve got a few jobs that need tidying up on our property after a building inspection!
- down-pipe & gutter brackets installed
- adding an additional down-pipe where one is missing / ensuring they’re all connected into storm water system
- gully trap installed (it’s missing)
- cleaning gutters (if possible)

Other jobs we have are:
- baseboard needs to be installed
- flashing corrected on the roof as they’re currently installed incorrectly and some are rusted
- rot in some of the facings
