Waterproof decking of basement

Two story house, the area under deck has been included into the basement conservatory room. Originally built as a deck then I added a polithene membrane layer and marine ply over it, to weatherproof the area under it. The ply is now due for replacement and I'd like to upgrade the whole job to make it a permanent waterproof solution to protect the area below. The Sub structure of the deck is tip top condition. Iam having trouble with driven rain causing minor leaking. The ply I'd like gone and replace with something more permanent.
