Possibly joists Repair / replace Kitchen floor Repair / replace by Back door We want to open a hall through the laundry area - Open wall through laundry into main hall Close off doorway through kitchen to back door Re gib walls in these rooms / areas Replace doors bathroom, bed 1, bed 2, kitchen Patch ceilings in bedroom 2 and kitchen
