Balcony steel post/strut replace

There are three metal posts/struts supporting a concrete canterlevered balcony at least one has rusted through. I have an engineers report which details replacement the posts that are rusted through. Two of the posts bit hidden in my shed so need to open the flooring up to have a look see. Basically it's a new concrete base and a new post with based welded on each end. Keen to move on this asap. Ideally someone with a solid experience in this kind of remedial work. Thanks for looking.

Lee did a great job here i was very satisfied very good communications, dealt with all the curve balls from engineers involvement always quick and always professional i would have no concern hiring again
