Job description

General Handyman Tasks
North Shore

1. Fit a new entrance door and door hardware (all supplied). New door already has pre-cut holes for both locks but these might not line up with the jam holes for the existing old door so old jam holes might have to be filled etc and new holes made in the jam 2. Replace rotting external wood window frame (picture provided). I want to re-install the top 2 glass panes but just install ply or fibrolite in the bottom pane for safety reasons 3. Assistance with fitting new Gib to lounge area. Total wall area is approx 20 m2, including approx 16 metres length of hanging pelmet (1960's house). Room is standard 2.4 stud. The old Gib has been removed, all walls insulated etc, just waiting for the new Gib to arrive, I might have to try and do it myself if too much delay in getting a handyman. I figure it just might be easier having 2 people installing 3.6m lengths of Gib! I've attached a weird panoramic photo that makes the room look curved, but it gives you an idea. If you can provide both a combined and separate pricing for each job , that would be preferred
