Job description
We need someone helping to: 1) replace the two-steps small wooden stair on the deck; and 2) putting the gutter guard that had part of it fell off the gutter back to the gutter securely.

Last minute price increase then no show without communication. Everything agreed but tried to increase the price less than 2 hours before starting time. He claimed that wood for tiny 2 steps stairs on deck was unexpectedly costing him $210. When asked to clarify what material he needed for that high cost, he ignored all messages and call then no show. He knew that we were making special trip to meet him but he still didn’t tell us he won’t come and ignored us. Never waste your time on him.
