Installing a door stopper in tiled bathroom

I'd like to get a new door stopper installed in the bathroom of our property. The bathroom is fully tiled so I suspect it will have to be drilled into the tiles. There was a door stopper, but it broke off. It looks like the previous installer used some sort of plate to reinforce, but it looks untidy. We could either go for a floor mounted one ( --- --- ) or something like this air cushioned one ( --- --- ).
