A bit of everything

I am in need of a handyman all rounder - Able to plaster, sand, paint and fix door framing/install sliding barn door all in my hallway area. My ceiling currently has some textured plaster sprayed on it (it is not asbestos!) that needs to be scraped back first before being sanded, primed and painted. The walls need to be plastered, sanded painted and primed as well - walls and ceiling are to be the same colour and I already have all of the primer and paint. The door framing shown in the picture needs to be removed and replaced as it is cracked and broken. A swinging door will not be put back into this space instead a sliding barn door needs to be installed on the far side (hall-side) over this gap. I also need for a sliding door lock to be replaced on my front entrance - I also have already bought this lock.
