Dishwasher and Oven service?

Dishwasher - both arms and filter are blocked which means it wasn't very effective at cleaning Oven - the bottom half of the oven is not heating up. The stuff down the bottom stays raw...could be a fuse... Oven is electrical with gas hobs Plus a tap in the ladies is loose
