Rutland repairs

I have tenants moving into my property so a few repairs required: Garage metal roller door - requires handle to lift and means to add a padlock Exterior door - latch to hold when open Stopper so door in bathroom doesn't hit edge of bath Moving two wardrobes which are screwed together - need to separate to move If possible ? 2 small oil heaters with damaged power cords - replace or repair? Water blast back deck and surrounds - if I don't get time to do this Need to have completed before 23 September. There may be further small items as I prepare the property.
