Clay removal, digging & lawn grading

Hi Team We have four jobs/parts of this job that need to be tackled. 1. Grade property so run off moves away from house & does not pool on lawn area. 2. Dig trenches for French drain to aid draining of densely clay area. Unsure of exact position indicated on photo. 3. Remove clay which is banked against garden retaining wall 4.
