Job description
had my windows double glazed and the stays and latches are not secure I havealuminium windows and the double glazing fits on top this has made it difficult with the stays and latches that was put on afterwards I need them replaced but I first need to know what can be done to fix the problem and I need advice on what could be done or which stays /latches to buy for the replacement its 9 window stays /latches that need replacement I have indoor cats and I really need these windows to be secure when open Thank you very much

Unfortunately he had to fix an existing problem the reason for the quality rating ..the problem not perfectly fixed but he did a great job under the circumstances
