Create Candy Axe for Costume

I am doing a dress up at work for Christmas and need to know if someone can make something like what's in the photo. It's a Candy Axe from the game Fortnite. It has Christmas lights wrapped around it. If they can work all good if not doesn't matter. I'm not fussed what it's made from. The sharp pointy bit can be rounded off a bit. Looking for a quote. Would need to be painted red and white too.would need to be maybe 60cm in height.
