Repair / replace small deck

We have a very small deck outside our sleepout (approx 3.0m x 0.9m). Which has rotten Timbers. I’d like to get it repaired or replaced before my parents arrive on the 10th December. As I have a friend in the sleepout at the moment here until the 7th December, this means the job would have to be completed on either the 8th or 9th December (I’m assuming it would be only a one day job). We don’t need it to be painted.
