Deconstruction and removal of built-in shelving and cupboards

I would like to have some MDF shelving and built-in cupboards removed, as well as lifting and removal of some cork floor tiles from garage area. Probably half a day's work for a couple of workers (power drills and/or screw-drivers would help).
