Getting sliding doors to slide

1. In the lounge there are three door panels covering a cupboard. Doors are on rollers that fit over a metal edging at the bottom and top . The doors easily get off track and I would like the doors to glide instead of stick. 2. A corner wooden unit in kitchen needs removing. Screwed to wall. 3. Bedroom door needs rehanging and check that the door will close across the carpet 4. A small hole (on the exterior of the house). Weatherside needs filling with putty or similar. Mostly small jobs to tidy up the house ready for sale.
