Re-fix heated towel rail back on wall

The heated towel rail has come off the wall as the screws seem to be just into the gib and not into any studs. This is a rental property with young children and the babies are now pulling themselves up on furniture and the towel rail has now pulled off the wall onto one of them. It will need a baton fixed to the wall and then fix the towel rail back up.
