We need to replace the wall lining around the bath/shower and tile a small strip along the end of the bath, repair or remove a towel rail around the bathroom sink, repair holes in wall from where towel rail was incorrectly installed, plaster walls (and floor?) where damaged boards were cut out from the toilet leaking (the toilet has been fixed) and tile toilet floor. We also need an extractor fan installed in the kitchen. There might be some painting too but possibly not. Is this something you might be able to help with? Not sure really of the cost but we welcome you coming round to assess!
