Carlos had difficulty understanding directions and lacked business knowledge. We still have not received an invoice or receipt of payment. He was painting late in the evening. Job not finished because he had not quoted correctly and he wanted more money to complete. We discontinued because tenant was being difficult. His charges are reasonable.

"i did the job and completed job as requested but the owners were beening difficult with the tenant and with me as i couldnt contact either of them to see what was happening as they said one thing then went onto another job so i was very confuse as they could of meet me at the property but choose not too. i try to call them but no answer along the job. tenant wasnt happy with the owners as the hole house if falling apart and she was busy telling me what needed to be repair and i was stuck in the"
