There is a small wooden deck and step down from the back porch. This needs removing. It may need rebuilding depending on the state of the original step underneath it. Some of the frame on a perspex panel on the porch has dropped and needs securing or replacing. The side gate needs securing and bolt attached properly. New sealant where the toilet pipe is attached to the wall. Concrete touch up where pathway has moved due to tree roots if possible. This is a rental property so will need to liaise with tenant.
