Minor Deck repair, Pool gate repair, gate latch repair

Some parts of the deck have warped and created trip hazards, theres a few that need replacing. Part of the step needs to be nailed back on. People have climbed the fence and damaged the pool gate, its become loose and now the magnetic catch wont lock the gate. Would be great to have a sturdy solution. Maybe amend the layout so the part that seems to be getting damaged by idiots doesn't affect the gates ability to auto lock when closed. Some clown has run thru the gate by the clothes line and has ripped the latch out. The latch needs replacing so the gate functions normally.
